Publication Fee

THE PROGRESS: A Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies is committed to maintaining high standards of scholarly publishing while ensuring that research remains widely accessible to a global audience. As part of this commitment, the journal operates under an open-access publishing model, allowing all published articles to be freely available online without subscription or access barriers.

To support the editorial and publication process, the journal has established an Article Processing Charges (APC) of USD 1200 for all accepted manuscripts. This fee will be applicable only after a manuscript has successfully undergone peer review and has been formally accepted for publication. There are no charges for submission or for the peer-review process itself.

The APC of USD 1200 is designed to cover the comprehensive range of services involved in producing a high-quality scholarly article. These services include, but are not limited to, initial manuscript screening, coordination of a rigorous peer-review process, editorial decision-making, professional copyediting, proofreading, typesetting, formatting, and preparation of the article for online publication. Additionally, the fee contributes to digital archiving, DOI registration, indexing support, and the long-term maintenance of the journal’s online platform.

By adopting this model, THE PROGRESS ensures that authors benefit from rapid dissemination of their work, increased visibility, and unrestricted access for readers worldwide. Open access publication has been shown to enhance the reach and impact of research, enabling scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to engage with published findings without limitations.

The journal recognizes that publication fees may pose a financial challenge for some authors. Therefore, requests for (25-50%) fee waivers may be considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly for researchers from low-income regions . Authors seeking a waiver are encouraged to contact the editorial office with relevant details at the time of submission.

Payment of the APC is required prior to the final publication of the accepted manuscript. Detailed payment instructions will be provided upon acceptance. The journal maintains full transparency regarding its fees and assures authors that all charges directly support the integrity, quality, and accessibility of the publication process.

THE PROGRESS: A Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies remains dedicated to fostering academic excellence and facilitating the global exchange of knowledge across diverse disciplines.
